Hina's oldest Sister, STAR:Strike It Rich 53 review
Hina flew back and started bleeding with a single strike from Shiina the 1st STAR.
Many believe Hina is the most powerful female fighter in the Kenganverse, and as expected Lee and Sara are in shock and can't believe it.
You may expect a brawl between Hina and Shiina, like Hina running back for more, or Shiina taunting and mocking Hina. But instead..
Shiina is a very caring person, and panicked for possibly injuring Hina.
She really sees Hina as her little "darling, cute, baby, lovely" sister.
It is clear that Shiina likes her little sister Hina, she seems to be the caring/protective "mother/older sister" figure of the STAR family. Pretty cool if you ask me, so not every STAR fighter is a violent freak.
Sara and Lee left the room, giving Hina and Shiina a private moment.
We learn that Shiina created her own fighting organization, and that's where her focus is, she is not interested in "reaching the STAR" where Rei was so obsessed about and fought Hina over it. Shiina calls it foolish, and has no interest in ruling a "small guarden".
Shiina has her own "small guarden" which is the "fancy fight" underground organization. She has no interest in following anyone's order, especially not "that woman".
Nor Hina or Shiina remember much about their teacher, kind of strange, because now I wonder why Hina would follow order of the house.
Regardless, that woman is the main enemy of Shiina, she will crush anyone who is willing to ruin her small fighting organization, even if it is her own sisters.
I have to show this, this art is really good in this chapter.
Shiina states she will promise a duel with Hina, but not before Shiina has taken out all the obstacles for her organization. Not sure how long that it will take, but it could be that Shiina is Hina's final and most toughest opponent in the STAR family, based on the small fight interaction they had.
Back to the prison.. where the 8th STAR fighter Sasaki Chiroru sits and rules, there her servant (Prison director) Hirukawa Kozue talk to each other, Kozue reports the 8th STAR about Hina and Shiina, apparently the prison somehow knew they met each other. I guess Sasaki has a spy close to Hina or Shiina?
Sasaki is also stated to be exceptional brainwasher, she has whole prison under her control, so she may not actually be a fighter, but a leader. Fighting from distance, safe in her "castle".
Eitherway, Sasaki is disappointed that they did not fight and reveals the first fighter that will challenge the Valkryria.
Kuno Suzume seems very large, her specialy seems ot be "just very strong".. kind of like Sena Riko. She also seems to have lost her mind based on how her eyes is drawn.
Very curious how Kuno will be develop in the story.. one moment I feel sad, because she is imprisoned for life, and she doesn't seems smart either with "Rodger Dodger" reply, as if she is fooled and exploited to do the bad things for 8th STAR's wicked goals and possibly previous people who cause her end up in jail.
Maybe I am wrong and she's pure psychopath.
I am hyped about this character, can't wait for the fight.
It is an interesting chapter, love the character development of 1ST STAR, it looks like most STAR fighters are actually not necessarily bad people. They had a bad teacher (and childhood), but the people are good and possibly misguided and good within.
