The main character name is Deagun, and he is incredible overpowered.

Daegon is a dropout, works at a low paying job, but eventually his talent for fighting gets attention from people with high influence.

He gets an opportunity to get back to school, but in return, he has to take care of the bullies and people who rule school with violence.

This is an extremely enjoyable show.

I highly recommend this if you enjoy Fight Class 3, Kengan Ashura/Omega, STAR: Strike It Rich and other underground fighting stories.

Designated Bully

After dropping out of high school, Daegun Kwon is working part-time at a convenience store while preparing to get his GED. After being harassed by a group of punks during work and teaching them a lesson, Daegun is approached by a woman from the Education Foundation about a project called “Designated Bully”.
